IBEX creates a client's dream come true
People often tell us that they love doing business with us. Some say it’s because of the personal service, for others it’s our quick response. No matter the reason, they all love dealing with Kevin or Harry or Susan or Jay or Troy or Dawna, and they like the fact that we always go the extra mile and don’t have an "our-way-or-the-highway" attitude. It's been that kind of response from our customers that has inspired us to go above and beyond in our efforts at servicing the needs and wishes of IBEX clients.
And it’s in that sentiment that we announce we have a secret to share. IBEX started a secret project this past summer. The project is to build the next generation of IBEX's payroll and employee management system. Starting with a few key people sequestered in an off-site office, the team has now reached full strength. There are currently 10 people working full time on what we have codenamed the "Everest Project". It’s the Everest Project that will take the IBEX experience to the next level.
Some of the key things built into the Everest design are:
• 24/7 super-fast payroll engine (get your payroll back for preview in minutes);
• Integrated calendar and task reminders (get a text or email when your payroll needs to be input);
• Super-fast payroll input grid (quickly and easily enter you payroll hours);
• Browser compatibility with both Mac and PC and Explorer, Firefox and more.
These are just a few of the improvements Everest will offer. We can't wait!
