New System, New Features, Same IBEX Attitude...
As you probably know, the next generation of our IBEX payroll is on its way!
We can't wait for this new system to go live, and we are very proud of the new features we know will make a huge difference in your organization.
One example of this is our new advanced accrual system.
This new feature will help your organization take the guesswork out of accruals. We've all experienced that feeling of either not knowing how much vacation, OT or other type of time we've accrued, or on a management level, not been able to answer employee requests for this type of information.
Well, this will soon be a thing of the past. Our accrual system will offer the following features:
Vacation Accrual Tracker - Automatically tracks accrued vacation time (by days, hours or dollars) and remaining time as it is used, ensuring this information is clear, reliable and always available. As well, through our employee portal, employees can log in to directly access this information, bridging the gap between and people and information.
Work History Accruals - Especially applicable in union settings, you can track accruals for total hours/days worked for use in determining seniority. As well, you can set reminders/triggers connected to these accruals, making it easy to assign raises, promotions or incentives based on time worked.
Full Customization - Our accrual system is easily customizable, allowing you to set specific accrual rules for overtime, units of measurement and access settings.
