The Joys of Reporting
Last summer we began an undertaking like no other at IBEX - Project Everest.
Our current payroll system is great, we love it, but as IBEXs, we must always climb higher. It’s our nature after all. Months later, development is moving along and it’s time for a new Everest Update.
Early in the New Year (we’re talking first week January early) the first IBEX clients will begin beta testing the system! We can’t wait for it to go live, but for now as a Thanksgiving treat, we’d like to reveal a new important component of Everest – our powerful new reporting features.
Here’s what you can expect:
1. Custom columns with embedded formulas – Everest is all about customization. We’ve made it super simple to add columns with embedded formulas so you can easily calculate and monitor what you need. So, no more calculators!
2. Your wish is only a click away – We’ve made it extremely quick and easy to change your column order, sort data, group data by any field, total off columns, cross tabulate – the list goes on and on – with Everest you can arrange and view your data exactly how you want to see it!
3. Advanced query filters – An unlimited number and complexity of filters means you can drill down and analyze your workforce as generally or as specifically as you want and need to.
4. Charts and graphs – It’s one thing seeing your data in numerical format, but getting to visualize your data in a graphical format is a whole other story! Click a button and view your data in graph form to truly understand the data in front of you.
5. Easy export – With a quick click you can export your data, graphs and all, into Excel or other spreadsheet programs.
In the coming months we will continue to update you on our progress. Everest is a tall mountain to climb, but we’re IBEXs after all – we can see the peak and we’re thrilled.
