The only way for IBEX to be truly superior is to provide the Members of our "Herd" (our staff) with the best working experience possible. The Herd is truly different. Our Winnipeg Herdquarters is located centrally with great bus access and unlimited free parking. All Herd members are part of our "Climbing Higher" profit sharing program. We provide a great benefits program and a choice between optimizing earnings or optimizing time off or a combination of both.
